Gary just helped me complete the sale of my house on Daniel Island. I owned the house for ten years and moved away to Scottsdale, Arizona about 3 years ago. Before moving, I had my house on the market for almost a year with several different listing agents, including Daniel Island Real Estate. During that time, I had dozens of showings but not a single offer on the house. My experience was with agents who talked a good game, but delivered very little. Once the listing contract was signed, it was obvious that my agent was simply waiting for someone else to sell the house. Feedback was also nonexistent. I had no choice but to rent the house and try and manage it from 2200 miles away. Fast forward to when I met Gary Langhoff. After discussing my situation and desire to sell with Gary, he helped me develop a plan to market and sell the house within 90 days. It all sounded good, but I had my doubts because I’d heard these same promises before from other agents. Gary turned out to be the real deal -- he was by far, the most proactive real estate agent I’ve ever met. He helped me price the house to achieve my goal. I had a pre-inspection done and knew the house needed some work prior to going on the market.
